I have recently got my hands on the Realme GT 7 (China) variant and it did feel like a complete game-changer for me. I wanted to see if Realme can indeed offer flagship power at the given budget price. Starting with the physical appearance, right down to the possibility of its features, everything looked promising.

In this review, I will describe my real experience of using the smartphone as a performer, a camera, a battery, and Realme GT 7 (China) price in Bangladesh.

An In-Depth Review on Realme GT 7 (China)

Realme has unveiled its new flagship killer Realme GT 7 (China) which is the most recent addition to the brand’s product line. This smartphone impresses with its potential Mediatek Dimensity 9400 Plus chip, vivid AMOLED screen, and a modern battery.

In the following sections, I describe Realme GT 7 (China) official price in Bangladesh and full specifications to determine whether it is the ideal model for the upgrade.

Box Content

This is what you get inside the Realme GT 7 (China) box:

  • Realme GT 7 (China) Smartphone
  • 100W Fast Charger
  • USB Type-C cable
  • Protective Case
  • SIM ejector tool
  • User manual

When unboxing the Realme GT 7 (China), I was not expecting too much, but the smartphone turned out to be quite good. In the box, there was a sleek black body of the phone, a 100W SuperVOOC charger, the USB Type-C cable and the SIM ejector tool.

Realme also provided a silicone case to go with it, and the case is well fitted and offers reasonable protection. This is quite commendable because instead of making customers go through the hassle of having to look for other equipment, the brand has provided all of it.

Design & Build Quality

When holding the Realme GT 7 (China) for the first time it was quite clear it was a premium device. The phone possesses a good design, which is both stylish and well built. It only measures 203g, it is not too light, it feels comfortable when holding it for a long time.

The back panel has a sort of matte finish and it is not very prone to fingerprints. Realme has well designed the curves around the edges to make the phone comfortable to hold. The aluminum frame also enhances the firmness and the general feeling of the phone is that it can comfortably withstand day to day accidents such as falls.

What I liked was that the device is rather thin despite the battery capacity being rather large. It is also rated with IP68/IP69 rating which I find very useful in protecting myself against dust and water.

First of all, the Realme GT 7 does not only look like a flagship smartphone but also has a premium build. The positioning of buttons is very logical, haptic feedback is precise, and the feel in the hand is more comfortable than in most of the top-tier smartphones released this year.

Realme has done a tremendous job in the design and construction of the device. In any way that one may wish to look at it, whether style, comfort or durability, the GT 7 pulls a get away.

Display

As soon as I powered on the Realme GT 7 (China), I can say that the display is one of the best out there. It comes equipped with a size of 6.8 inches with the AMOLED display with a density of 2520 x 1080 pixels. The colors are deep, bright and very true to life as soon as the pencils are taken out of their packaging.

There was the 144Hz refresh rate that was clearly noticeable among other features in the monitor. Scrolling seemed to happen without any lag, and the gaming experience was even more enhanced. Amorphous silicon OLED has been used here again and the refresh rate is variable, which helps to conserve battery where a high refresh rate is not required.

Brightness was another highlight. At its brightest of up to 6,500 nits, I did not find it difficult to type on the GT 7 while in direct sunlight. The HDR videos were enjoyable and the blacks were very deep along with excellent contrast that made the colors burst out.

Realme also introduced an in-display fingerprint scanner that is one of the best and quite effective. Moreover, the edges of the screen were slightly curved and this made the screen to have a sleek look that also did not pose a threat to touching the screen accidentally.

The display on the Realme GT 7 is decent compared to some other flagships available in the market at the same price point or even at a higher price. In gaming, in shows, in general, it’s just so refreshing to use the device and get through it all.

Camera

Indeed, testing the cameras on the Realme GT 7 (China) was a pleasant experience. It has a 50MP Sony IMX906 main sensor and it performs best in the daytime. Images are clear, and the saturation and contrast are rather natural and balanced. The handling of backlit scenes was also equally good with all the minute details on the subjects not being washed out.

Daylight Photo:

When it comes to general use in well-lit environments, the Realme GT 7 is a winner. Each shot was healthy with correct coloring and low amount of noise. HDR worked well without overdoing the appearance of the images.

Low-light Photo:

But again, during the night, I was moved by the features of the GT 7. In the Night Mode, it was possible to maintain good detail and an acceptable amount of noise in the low light photos. Shadows were clear, and colors did not over-saturation, so the picture remained realistic and detailed.

The 8MP ultra-wide lens is also satisfactory for the most part. Though not as intricate as the primary sensor, it is quite useful for landscape and group photography. This was a plus as far as Color was concerned, it did not change from one Lense to another.

Video recording is equally impressive. The Realme GT 7 supports 4K at 60fps. Although I was moving around while recording some of the clips, the footage was steady and did not appear shaky. The autofocus was quick, and Realme’s AI improved the brightness of the videos taken under low light.

Selfies were taken with the help of a well-performing front facing camera which captured natural skin tones and good detail for posting on social media.

The Realme GT 7 offers a flagship-level camera experience at a surprisingly competitive price. From the time I began to appreciate photography or any video related, it never left me disappointed.

Performance & Software

I found that it was very fluid using the Realme GT 7 (China) on a daily basis. It’s backed by Mediatek Dimensity 9400 Plus and the phone does not disappoint in terms of performance, be it gaming, multitasking or handling heavy applications. Applications were launched without any delay and the transition between tasks was fluid with no delays.

In the gaming area, it truly shone in the GT 7. Games such as PUBG mobile and Genshin impact played with graphics settings set to ultra did not have a single frame drop. The Realme 6 maintained its temperature fairly well considering the fact that it was subjected to heavy gaming for a couple of hours.

RAM management was top-notch too. The 12GB of RAM was able to handle several app processes with around 40 apps running in the background with no lag. The storage was also fast, which meant that the apps would load faster and there was an enhancement of the general fluidity.

Regarding the software part, Realme GT 7 is installed with Realme UI 6 based on Android 15. The interface felt clean and simple with very little unnecessary programs and applications installed on it. The company has developed some smart features such as the Smart Sidebar, Realme Game Mode, and advanced privacy options to enhance the usage of the phone.

Movements were fluent, actions were fast and there were a lot of settings to adjust. However, Realme has assured that it is going to release regular updates, which gives me more assurance about the company’s commitment towards long-term support.

The Realme GT 7 is a high performer that offers premium features and is packed with clean, intuitive software. It is a robust one designed for both the professionals and the gamers.

AnTuTu Benchmark & GeekBench Score

The Realme GT 7 (China) benchmarking proved that it is a powerful device. Specifically, the smartphone was tested on AnTuTu v10 and resulted in a score of 2,879,936 which put the device into the category of top 1% of the smartphones.

Geekbench 6 benchmarks gave the GT 7 a single-core score of 2,300 and multi-core score of 7,651. These scores prove the productivity of the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chip, which guarantees fast and efficient work of the device.

These benchmark scores indicate that the Realme GT 7 (China) is as fast as any flagship phone available in the market making it ideal for anyone in need of a device that offers a fast and reliable experience.

Battery & Charger

In the Realme GT 7 (China) model, I especially liked the 7,200mAh silicon-carbon battery’s capacity. Specifically, the phone could go over a day with average usage, such as streaming, gaming, and multitasking. When using it moderately, I was able to take photos and even record videos that almost lasted for a whole day and a half with a single charge.

Charging is equally impressive. The provided 100W fast charger quickly charged the device from 0 to 50% within approximately 15 minutes and charged the device fully within 40 minutes. This is accompanied by the second-generation VOOC flash charging that charges the device at a very high speed and also has a bypass charging technology that directly charges the system during strenuous operations to minimize heat generation and potential damage to the battery.

Also, the GT 7 has compatibility with five fast charging standards, SVOOC, PPS, UFCS, and PD, to increase compatibility with chargers.

The Realme GT 7 has a long lasting battery which also supports fast charging, which is ideal for anyone who uses their phone intensively.

Realme GT 7 (China) Price in Bangladesh

The Realme GT 7 (China) price in Bangladesh is BDT 45,000 (Unofficial) for 12GB of RAM and 256GB of phone storage. The Realme GT 7 (China) is likely to provide value for money and better specs for the users, which is worth considering for Bangladeshi tech lovers. You will need to wait for an official word on the release date and the prices to get accurate information.

Final Word

In my opinion, Realme GT 7 (China) is a genuine flagship killer after testing it out. Beyond the factor of price, it delivers rich performance, has an eye-catching screen, the cameras are impressive, and it also has good battery endurance. The design is as luxurious as can be and the software is slick and snappy.

If you are willing to spend your money on a high-performance phone without spending too much, Realme GT 7 is one of the best options. Indeed, it provides a lot of value for the money and is on par with other high-end smartphones.
