Vivo is launching its new mid-range V series smartphone, the Vivo V50, in India. The phone was officially unveiled on February 17 at 12 noon. The unveiling was live-streamed on Vivo's official YouTube channel. With multiple upgrades in design and features, it has launched the phone in the premium mid-range segment.

Vivo V50 has been launched in India in 3 variants, the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage is priced at ₹34,999 (India), which is around 49,000 taka in Bangladeshi taka. The second variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage is priced at ₹36,999 (India), which is around 52,000 taka in Bangladeshi taka.
And the last variant with 12GB RAM and 512GB of storage is priced at ₹40,999 (India), which is around 57,000 taka in Bangladeshi taka. However, the price of this phone will change when it arrives in Bangladesh.
Vivo V50 Specifications: What’s on offer?
- Display: Vivo V50 provides a 6.78" AMOLED display featuring a 41-degree curvature together with a 0.186 cm bezel size along with Diamond Shield Glass protection for the screen.
- Processor: The Vivo V50 has been powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 powerful processor, which is the same chipset as the Vivo V40.
- Camera: Vivo V50 will come with 50MP primary and 50MP ultra-wide cameras featuring OIS and a ZEISS lens on its rear setup. Despite having two 50MP camera systems V50 includes a 50MP front (selfie) camera.
- Battery & Charging: According to Vivo the V50 functions as the thinnest smartphone model in this category while it comes with a 6,000mAh battery. It will support 90W fast charging.
- Software: The operating system of Vivo V50 will be Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15.
- Memory: The Vivo V50 phone has been launched in 3 variants, 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB.
- AI Features: Circle to Search for Vivo V50 brings users the confirmed AI features which include AI transcript and AI live call translation.
- Colors: This phone has been launched in the market in 3 attractive colors: Rose Red, Titanium Grey, and Starry Blue.
When will it be launched in Bangladesh?
