OnePlus has announced a customer-friendly initiative in Bangladesh, addressing the ‘Green line’ issue that has affected the displays of its global version smartphones. The company is offering a complimentary repair service to resolve the vertical green line appearing on the screens of affected devices.
The announcement was made by Md Rubait Ferdous Chowdhury during the launch event of the Nord N30 SE, which is the first smartphone by OnePlus to be manufactured in Bangladesh. This move underscores OnePlus’s commitment to providing reliable after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As part of the announcement, it was also mentioned that all OnePlus phones and batteries will be backed by a 12-month warranty. The repair services for the green line issue will be accessible through a network of 22 service centers and 13 service points spread across 35 locations in the country.
This initiative not only aims to rectify the current issue but also to build trust among consumers by ensuring that OnePlus stands behind the quality of its products and services.
