Xiaomi released a new mid-range smartphone called the Redmi S2. It has some good features like excellent cameras and expandable storage. It was released in May 2018 in Bangladesh. The device runs Android 8.1 (Oreo), upgradeable to Android 9, using the MIUI 12 operating system. It has a 5.99 inch IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels and an 18:9 aspect ratio at a density of around 269 PPI. It has a dual 12MP+5MP primary camera  and a 16MP front-facing camera. Video can be recorded at 1080p resolution at 30fps.
